Yes, it does rain in the Cayman Islands not a lot but when it rains it pours usually. For my photo shoot with Janel, Jim, Leah and Dylan we started out in the beautiful landscaped garden of the Marriott Grand Cayman Beach Resort. It was a very busy afternoon on the beach that day and we had only little space to take the family photographs, not that you could tell from the images.
Half way through the shoot, Janel & Jim looked up and discovered the big black cloud that was appearing behind me. I instantly knew that we had very little time before the rain would set in. The light however was magnificent and you can not tell from the photos that we just escaped a torrential downpour.
